6月の大阪お笑い塾の開催日程は、少々イレギュラー。
いつもでしたら、第2週と第4週なのですが、6月は第1週と第2週続けての授業となりました。
授業前には、恒例のネトラジ収録。
司会は、シアリスのおふたり。
シアリスのボケを担当の塚田さんに関するクイズを出題し、畠山さんと高橋さんで正解を競い合いました。
大いに盛り上がった企画。はたして正解数が多かったのはどっち？

リフレーミング思考
本日はリフレーミング（reframing）を取り上げました。
ビジネス、福祉など様々なところで用いられるリフレーミング。
誰でも、なんらかの思い込みを持っています。
当然のように自身の中へ組み込まれていたものの見方・考え方が「心の枠組み」（フレーム）。
これを組み直し、新しい見方・考え方に転換できるようになると、どんな影響があるのでしょう？
ずばり多角的な視点が獲得できるのです。
リフレーミングが得意な人ほど、大喜利が得意。
対象について角度を変えながら「こういう見方もできるな…」と、柔軟な思考ができる人ほどお笑いのネタを書く際に有利。
今回は例題としてドラえもんの主要キャラ、ジャイアンでリフレーミングしてみました。

最初にジャイアンというキャラを思い浮かべた際、脳裏に浮かんだ言葉をみなさんに発表していただきました。
乱暴、音痴、体が大きい などジャイアンを代表する要素が瞬く間に挙がったのです。
質問を変えました。
「ジャイアンの良いところは、どこでしょう？」と尋ねると
家族を大事にしている、妹思い、力持ち など先ほどと異なるご意見が。

最初に出たご意見、そのあとのご意見の双方もジャイアンを言い表しているのは同じ。
しかし、かなり方向性が違いますよね？
対象そのものを変えるのではなく、見方をチェンジ。
まさに、これこそがリフレーミング！
かなり効果的。『リフレーミング』に救われました。悩みを180度回転させる。マイナスとプラスは表裏一体。これほんとです。言葉だけかもしれないけど、”知る”だけでも視界が変わります。僕はかなり思考が変わった。そこで実際に僕が感じていた悩みを10個リフレーミングしてまとめました。ご参考までに pic.twitter.com/jnBfpbkOQy

続いて実践です！
ネガティブな印象を持たれやすい題材をピックアップ
- カラス
- げじげじ
- ゴキブリ
- ゾンビ
- 腐りかけのバナナ
- のび太
上記のものの中には、「想像するだけで嫌になる…」というものも含まれているはず（この並びに、のび太くんを入れるのはかわいそうですね笑）
リフレーミングをすることで、過去の経験や思い込みによる影響を外して、これまでになかった視点の獲得ができます。
みなさんに好きなものを選んでいただいて、リフレーミングしていただきました。
いずれも興味深いリフレーミングでしたが、特に印象深かった方をご紹介いたしましょう。
鉄道芸人のしろみずさんは、カラスについてリフレーミング。
石原慎太郎氏が都知事をされていた時代は、駆除の対象となったこともあり、何かと忌み嫌われやすいカラス。
しかし、ネズミを食べたりと人が知らないところで、人のプラスになることもしてくれていると語ってくれた、しろみずさん。
漆黒のイメージからから、マイナス面を指摘されやすいカラスですが、我々は必要以上にネガティブな印象を持っていたのかも？

こちらは、のび太をチョイスした芥子壺さん。
のび太といえば、2017年にネット上で実施されたgooの「こいつ全然成長しねえ！と思う主人公ランキング」で、堂々の1位に輝いたキャラ。

ドラえもん本編の冒頭では、必ずと言っていいほど、「助けてよ～」とドラえもんに泣きついてひみつ道具をねだります。
これを「人に助けを求められる」と見事なリフレーミングをしてくれた芥子壺さん。
思慮が深くなりすぎると、つい助けを求めることが遅れるケースも…。そうなると精神的なダメージが甚大になりかねません。
正鵠を射たリフレーミングに、一同「おおっ～確かに！」と納得の声。
ストレス対処行動は、ストレスコーピングと呼ばれ、心のバランスを保ちながら生活していく上で必須。
正直者の、のび太は感情を抑圧せず、すぐヘルプミーと助けを求められるため、周りも「しょうがないなぁ…」とぼやきつつも力を貸します。
のび太とドラえもんの関係は、かなり落語的。
お互いを許容している感じがいたしますね。
「情けないやつ」「すぐ人に頼る軟弱者」といったイメージの強い、のび太を見事リフレーミングしてくれた芥子壺さんでした！
ネタ発表
7/2（土）14時から、ライブ喫茶亀で開催されるお笑い塾の定期ライブ『OSAKAお笑い寄席』。
今回は7/2のライブに向けた、ネタ見せをしていただきました。
芥子壺さんは精力的に、2本のネタを披露！
漫談と青い化け物ちゃんネタの2本立て。
安定の青い化け物ちゃんには、本日来られていた見学者の方も衝撃を受けたご様子！
そして、みなさんから「クオリティ上がってる！」と称賛された漫談は、芥子壺さんの新境地。
芥子壺さんならではのキャラが惜しみなく出ており、ネタ鑑賞後にほっこり温かな気持ちに包まれます。
まだ客前ではやっていないとのことですので、ぜひ近いうちにライブでもやっていただけるのではないでしょうか？
凛とした様子の塚田さんは、最近ピンネタに磨きをかけています。
塚田さんの魅力は、「楽しい！！」という感情をストレートに伝えられるところ。
彼女の笑顔を見ていると、こちらも自然と顔がほころびます。
武道を知らない後輩が時折失礼な発言をするものの、「しかたないわねえ」と優しく教えてあげるところに、塚田さんのお人柄がにじみ出ておりました。
7/2のライブで、やっていただけるのが今から楽しみです！
理系男子の高橋さんは、「データで見る〇〇」という切り口でネタ作り中。
大阪府の社会人を様々な数値を使いながら、ツッコミまくりました！
最後はシアリスの漫才。
塚田さんが突然「タクシー運転手をやりたい！」と無邪気に言い出し、畠山さんを巻き込んでいく漫才コント。
ネタのぜい肉がそがれて、見やすくスリムになりました。
時間も当初と比べて、短縮されています。
7/2に向けて、上々の仕上がりと言えるでしょう！
7/2のライブは、新しく参加してくださるメンバーが増えにぎやかになること間違いなし！！
