大阪お笑い塾の講義の中でよく「お笑いは、解釈の力によって作られる」とお伝えしています。
事実は変えられないですが、解釈はその人が自由に変えることができます。
お笑いのネタのもとになるのは、負の感情やネガティブな出来事であることも珍しくありません。
これらは、誰でも話さずに自分の中へとどめておくと、どんどんしんどくなっていきます。
しかしネタに昇華することで、解釈が変わります。
「ちょっと聞いてよ。この前、こんな腹立つことがあったんやけど～」といったエピソードトークに仕立て上げることで、ネガティブな体験はプラスの意味を持つようになるのです。
